We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. If Growlee isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment in full.
1. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Refund requested within 7 days of payment
- First-time purchase of a plan
- Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our team)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund requested after 7 days of payment
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Multiple refund requests (abuse of refund policy)
- Dissatisfaction with Instagram's API limitations or policies
- Account restrictions imposed by Instagram (not caused by Growlee)
2. Refund by Plan Type
Pro Monthly
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available, but you can continue using the service until the period ends.
Pro Yearly
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available. You retain access for the full year.
Lifetime
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available. Lifetime access is permanent and non-transferable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at business@ascendlink.org
- Include your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- State the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Wait for our confirmation within 2-3 business days
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- Your Growlee account will be downgraded to Free upon refund
5. Free Trial
Growlee offers a 30-day free trial with full Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. We encourage you to fully explore the platform during your trial before making a purchase decision.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund:
- Your Growlee account will be immediately suspended
- You may be banned from future use of the service
- We may dispute fraudulent chargebacks
