We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. If Growlee isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment in full.

1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requested within 7 days of payment
  • First-time purchase of a plan
  • Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our team)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requested after 7 days of payment
  • Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation
  • Multiple refund requests (abuse of refund policy)
  • Dissatisfaction with Instagram's API limitations or policies
  • Account restrictions imposed by Instagram (not caused by Growlee)

2. Refund by Plan Type

Pro Monthly

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available, but you can continue using the service until the period ends.

Pro Yearly

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available. You retain access for the full year.

Lifetime

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available. Lifetime access is permanent and non-transferable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at business@ascendlink.org
  2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  3. State the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. Wait for our confirmation within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • Your Growlee account will be downgraded to Free upon refund

5. Free Trial

Growlee offers a 30-day free trial with full Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. We encourage you to fully explore the platform during your trial before making a purchase decision.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund:

  • Your Growlee account will be immediately suspended
  • You may be banned from future use of the service
  • We may dispute fraudulent chargebacks
