Growlee (growlee.site) is operated by AscendLink Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By creating an account or using Growlee you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Growlee.

Growlee is built for Instagram creators with a professional (Business or Creator) Instagram account and, as a guideline, 5,000 or more followers. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

Growlee connects creators with brands for paid collaborations. Scout, our AI agent, identifies brands that match your niche and audience and reaches out to them on your behalf by email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Every application goes through a review before your profile goes live, which typically takes 10 to 15 days. We review accounts to keep the platform limited to quality creators.

No deal happens without your approval. For every deal we show you the full split: what the brand pays, what Growlee takes, and what you keep.

Growlee is an intermediary. We facilitate introductions and deals between you and brands, but the collaboration itself, including deliverables and their quality, is between you and the brand.

Provide accurate information about yourself and your account, and keep it up to date.

Do not use fake followers, purchased engagement, or any form of artificial audience inflation. We may remove accounts that do.

Fulfil deliverables you have accepted, on time and as agreed with the brand.

Comply with Instagram's terms of use, applicable advertising disclosure rules, and all applicable laws.

Growlee charges a commission of 10 to 15% on deals facilitated through the platform. The exact commission is shown on every deal card before you accept, and there are no other hidden fees.

Joining Growlee and being on the waitlist is free.

Deal payments are processed after the brand confirms deliverables. Payout timelines can vary depending on the brand and payment processors involved, and some payouts may take up to 30 days or longer where third-party processing requires it.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

Do not use Growlee for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. Do not impersonate others, scrape or extract platform data, attempt to bypass the review process, or interfere with the platform's operation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent themselves, or harm the trust between creators and brands on the platform.

You can stop using Growlee at any time by disconnecting your Instagram from your Instagram settings, and you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You own your content. By using Growlee you allow us to share your public profile information and statistics with brands for the purpose of arranging deals.

The Growlee name, logo, and platform are the property of AscendLink Technologies Private Limited.

Growlee does not guarantee any specific number of deals, deal value, or earnings. Brand demand varies by niche, audience, and season.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscendLink Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the fees we have earned from your deals in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Growlee after changes means you accept the updated terms.
