2. Description of Service

Growlee is an AI-powered Instagram growth platform that provides:

• Automated direct message responses based on triggers
• Content intelligence and analytics
• AI-powered caption generation
• Instagram account insights

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Growlee
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account to use automation features
• One Growlee account per Instagram account

4. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account to Growlee:

• You authorize us to access your Instagram data via the official Meta API
• You confirm you have the authority to connect the Instagram account
• You agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• You understand that Instagram may revoke access at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Growlee to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Free trial: 30 days with Pro features, no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed as one-time payments (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
• Prices are displayed in USD or INR based on your location
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Message Limits

To ensure compliance with Instagram's policies and protect your account:

• Free plan: 20 messages per day
• Pro plans: 200 messages per hour (4,800 per day)
• These limits are designed to keep your account safe from Instagram restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

• Growlee, its logo, and all related materials are owned by Ascendlink Technologies Private Limited
• You retain ownership of your content and Instagram data
• You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the service
• AI-generated captions are provided for your use; you own the output

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Growlee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or follower growth
• That Instagram will not restrict or ban your account
• Compatibility with future Instagram API changes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascendlink Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Instagram account restrictions or bans
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascendlink Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy
• Refunds for termination are subject to our Refund Policy

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
