Growlee (growlee.site) is a creator platform operated by AscendLink Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, India. Growlee connects Instagram creators with brand deals. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Instagram profile data: when you connect your Instagram account, we receive your username, name, account type, profile picture, follower count, following count, and media count through the official Instagram API operated by Meta.

Instagram insights: with your permission, we access analytics about your account and content performance, such as reach and engagement, to match you with relevant brands.

Contact details: your WhatsApp number if you choose to share it, and your email address if you add one or sign in with Google.

Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited and actions taken on Growlee, used to operate and improve the service.

We use Instagram Business Login, the official login system operated by Meta. You log in with Instagram directly, and we never see or store your Instagram password.

We request only two permissions: basic profile access and analytics access. We cannot post on your behalf, send messages from your account, or change anything on your Instagram.

You can revoke Growlee's access at any time from your Instagram settings under Apps and Websites. When you do, Meta notifies us and we immediately delete your stored access tokens.

To match you with brands that fit your niche, audience, and content, and to represent you in outreach to those brands.

To show you full deal transparency: what a brand pays, what we take, and what you keep.

To contact you about your application, deals, and important account updates, including on WhatsApp where you have shared your number.

To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Brands: when we pitch you for a deal, we share your public profile information and relevant audience statistics with the brand. We do not share your contact details with a brand before you approve a deal.

Service providers: we use trusted third parties for hosting, communication, and error monitoring. They process data only on our instructions.

Legal: we may disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic between your browser, our servers, and Meta's servers is encrypted in transit.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your Instagram access as the sensitive asset it is.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

If you remove Growlee from your Instagram settings, your access tokens are deleted immediately.

You can request full deletion of your data at any time through Instagram's data deletion flow or by contacting us. On a deletion request we delete your access tokens and scrub your stored profile data, and you receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at support@growlee.site. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Growlee uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Growlee after changes means you accept the updated policy.
